I cut together a short, and as accurate as I could make it, video showing current drain and road conditions on upper Higuera Highland.
Letters have also gone out to residents from 4002 up to 4025 HHL in hopes of starting a work group specifically to tackle some of the current issues along this section of the road. More details will be posted as things firm up.
