EoL for Mailing List and other Bits

The hosting provider for this site is removing Mailman from their service offerings. This means the residents@higuera.org mailing list will cease operations in the coming month.

There are no plans to replace it at this time.

Not sure if people have read through the doc, but one line of interest in § 2.20.020 Use Regulations: “In rural districts, the floor area of Residential – Communal Institutional uses shall be limited to 10,000 square feet or less.” Will be interesting to see how that plays out.
